FASHION WEEK - New York- based Grunge band LIVE in Timisoara at Manufactura

FASHION WEEK is a New York band that was formed by singer/guitarist Joshua Lozano and Bassist Oscar Rodriguez in Brooklyn, on fashion week in 2009, to make fun of the fashionistas that fill the New York City that week.
Generally categorized as "Noise Rock" Fashion Week are certainly noisy, often drenched in feedback, sometimes quite polished.
They pull influences from a variety of styles landing somewhere between Nirvana and Coalesce, Unsane and Botch, Helmet and Seaweed, Torche and Converge or Jesus Lizard and Queens of Stone Age.
In fact, Fashion Week has been compared to all the above bands while still maintaining a sound of their own.
The band released an EP on Coextintion Records(Unsane, Cave In), a Full Length on Solar Flare Records(Pigs, Sofy Major, Watertank) both produced by Andrew Schneider(Big Business, Rosetta, Cult of Luna) and are releasing their second LP this spring, 2017.
