Defining, setting and achieving goals can be a difficult process and understanding what will enable us and what will stop us to get through those is key to being successful.

In this workshop, we will tackle how to clearly define goals by ensuring that these goals are true to ourselves and to our values. Once achieving clarity of our goals, key to success is to dig deeper into our enablers – the strengths, skills, behaviours available to us – to maximise our potential; but also the blockers – our beliefs, fears, mindset – that may stop us to move forward. Finally, we will establish the steps and strategies to create action – in order to be fully committed to achieving our goals.

If you ever wonder how you come you didn’t achieve your New Year’s resolutions although you felt it was the right thing to do, if you have a big goal in life but are afraid or not sure how or where to start, if you feel deep inside that you should change something but don’t know how … then this workshop is for you!

This is a 10-hour workshop spread over 4 sessions of 2.5 hours. The sessions will take place every Wednesday between 13th June and 4th July
