The Restaurant, The Lounge and the Brandy Room will be open that night, enchanting you with all the best elements that make up the Collage experience.

Choose the Restaurant for a charming candlelight dinner with an elegant gourmet menu (table service) paired with an amazing wine selection, on the tender notes of classical music.

Or join the over the top party in the Lounge, with the all inclusive, all you can eat buffet & open bar, the Bartenders' Show, the incredible Ovidiu Anton Band covering the greatest hits of all time and our own addictive DJ FaiboX taking us to the midnight countdown and beyond, on the perfect night to start a brand new year.

For those who desire a more private New Year's Eve, you can choose the Brandy Room in our eccentric loft.
Enjoy an unforgettable night in this English gentlemen's club atmosphere, with a DJ mixing just for you and your friends, the all inclusive, all you can eat buffet & open bar, plus an optional table pack of fine spirits and our selection of cigars.
The Brandy Room can be booked for a group of 20-30 pers.
