I LOVE Tech Conference returns on 27th-28th October 2023, supporting the Bucharest tech community. Join us to hear from top software development experts and technology decision-makers in Romania. Our host for the event is Florin Manolescu, CEO & Co-founder of Academia Testarii.

Florin Manolescu is the CEO and co-founder of Academia Testării, provider of specialized courses and consultancy in software testing. Florin started his career in gaming testing in 2006, and after a short time he evolved into the profession of software testing, where he has been active for more than 20 years. Through his exposure in the middle of testing processes in various industries, Florin accumulated a wealth of experience that allowed him to identify gaps in the local market, which ultimately motivated him to start his own business in the field in 2017.

When not working, he engages with the community through the CNCF, Google Developers and other developer communities. He is also a Google Developer Expert (Cloud) and a CNCF Ambassador.
